1981 Mercedes-Benz 380 Sl For Sale in Hillsboro, Missouri 63050 This classic, gold, 1981 Mercedes 380SL Roadster with new Mercedes premium cream leather and carpet interior has a 3.8L V8 engine and automatic transmission that provides plenty of cruising power and handles like a dream. This Roadster is completely loaded with power everything, cruise control, windows, heated seats and more. It includes both soft top and hard top with rack for hard top storage. I purchased the Benz in February 2007. It was well maintained and I have maintenance invoices going back to August 2004. (92,113 mi.) When I purchased the vehicle the mileage was 97,000 and the current mileage is 100,082. All work was performed by a Mercedes dealer using original Mercedes parts. This vehicle is one of the few made during 1981 with HEATED SEATS installed. The roadster is in excellent restored condition both exterior/interior and performance. Many of the items replaced by the previous owner are in relatively new condition (92,113 mi.); for example, convertible rag top, full exhaust system, tires, AC and more. During the period I have owned the vehicle, I have made major restorations; for example, new interior Mercedes premium leather seats and seat padding, new carpets with new sound proofing pads under the carpets, new Mercedes carpet floor mats, new speakers, real rosewood console cup holders, new Mercedes brake discs and pads, battery, new fuel pump, filters and lines, engine detailed, Mercedes gold star wheel caps and more.
