Being offered is very nice ’79 Z-28 Camaro with only 28k original miles. This vehicle is really well taken care of and is in great overall condition. These survivor cars are tough to find in this condition and are just starting to appreciate in value. Like any other Z-28 Camaro these cars will always be popular and worth the money. This vehicle has a ton of curb appeal and all you have to do is turn the key and go. Exterior Highlights: The exterior of this vehicle has curb appeal to spare with Marina Blue paint and the classic Z-28 striping package, that is getting rough along some edges. The vehicle has the very sharp stinger hood that really adds to the sporty appeal of the car. The vehicle retains it’s original steel wheels with trim rings and Goodyear Eagle GT’s that have plenty tread left. The front ground effects do have some areas that have been scraped up and there is a small dime-sized dent on the top of the passenger fender. Overall the exterior of the vehicle is in excellent shape. Interior Highlights: The interior of the car as can be seen in the pictures is also in great shape. The car is equipped with blue cloth bucket seats, they are in excellent shape, except for one small cigarette burn on the driver’s side. The vehicle is very original inside including the very sharp spoked steering wheel. The vehicle is equipped with factory A/C, does not blow cold but everything is still there. The dash is in excellent shape with no cracks. There are a host of factory gauges including Speedometer, Odometer showing only 38K original miles, Tachometer, water temperature, Oil pressure, and battery voltage. The vehicle has remote adjustable sport mirrors and; a working clock. The carpeting in the car shows some dirt marks and should be cleaned to be as nice as the rest of the interior. Overall the interior is in great shape as the photos indicate.Mechanical Highlights: Mechanically the vehicle retains it’s original drivetrain including the 350 V8 small block Chevrolet, with all original breather parts, and an automatic transmission. The engine compartment is in decent shape but could stand a detail to match the rest of the car. This car has only been driven to keep it up for the last 20 years, it could use belts, and an air filter. The radiator was flushed this year and a new thermostat was installed. The undercarriage of the car is very solid and in great shape, all the front rubber bushings and all four shocks have been replaced within the last year. Stainless exhaust was installed in 2006. The vehicle is equipped with power steering and power front disk brakes. Mechanically the vehicle is in very good shape.
